Hawkeye Firefly 7S

Hawkeye Firefly 7S Review

The Hawkeye firefly 7S is a brand-new Action cameras, with gyro stabilizing, 2K high quality, and GoPro hill interface. Moreover, it’s cost incredibly low, just $80 during the duration of this review. I examined the hawkeye firefly 7S complimentary of Gear best on several sport fishing and outside visits, eager on figure out how this camera comes even close to other popular Action Cameras, like the Get-up 2 or the M20+.

I’m not going to dwell on the specifications here, other than to point out the important ones that matter to me: Useful shooting solutions consist of 2.5k at 30fps, and 1080p at 60fps. You has a significant 1050mAh battery power, which offered me with several hours of on/off use without an issue. You has both an LCD on the back, and a small one on the top side. The front side LCD reveals reception menus choices you are currently on and if you are shooting or not. It allow works with an app, the Firefly app, available for free on Search engines Perform (link below). Lastly, it comes with a number of components, such as a water resistant case, and all the regular increasing choices.

Main features:

  • Novatek 96660 chipset with 12 mega-pixel COMS IMX078 picture indicator
  • 120 level extensive position lens
  • Video resolution: 2160P / 24fps, 2.5K / 30fps, 1080P / 60fps, 720P / 120fps
  • Support Wifi real-time play-back and review with 2 inches 640 x 480 high-definition LCD display
  • Comes with a water resistant real estate
  • Built-in 1050mAh standard rechargeable Li-ion battery power

Videos and pictures are definitely amazing with the Hawkeye Firefly 7S. It clip high quality, be it in 1080p, or at 2.5K (I have not used the less efficient 24fps 2160p resolution) look distinct, targeted, and catch stunning colors well, even in complicated shooting surroundings. In particular, the ACTION CAMERAS did excellent with dark/light review circumstances, compared with the ELE Explorer/ELE Pro. I especially was satisfied with the picture high quality, as the picture indicator is a little bit over the age of the GitUp2s’, yet the pictures were just as specific, if not more at periods. Significant items to HAWKEYE FIREFLY 7S for compressing so much power out of this picture sensor! Camera control buttons were easy to media, reception menus is a wind to get around, and the Wi-Fi app.

Now, the gyro stabilizing function on the Hawkeye Firefly 7S performs, but not as well at the Get-up or the M20+. The Getup’s backing provides super sleek movie, sometimes resulting in some bending of the pictures (usually not noticeable). The 7S efforts to do this, and at periods does a reasonable job, but often has small colors that are not fixed very well. I’m not sure if an upcoming firmware update could fix this, although I am optimistic.

If this gyro backing was enhanced, it would launch the Hawkeye FIREFLY 7S into the operating for the best possible deal camera of the year. Otherwise, the camera conducted fantastically on prolonged product examining, in a number of environments: Fishing, climbing, quadcopter traveling, body boarding, and more. Take a look at the following pictures and video clips, as well as the review movie.
